FACE YOGA + SELF MASSAGE

Learn a new Self-Care practice  
Just minimum 5 minutes daily routine in the morning / night can bring change, positive effect into your life.We hold so much tension in our face. It is our emotional canvas. Just like any other bodyparts, Your face needs to be loved & appreciated
You will learn ♡The most effective Facial Yoga exercises ♡How to massage your own face properly in order to prevent, get rid of fine lines and wrinkles♡How to press your energy  points of your face to release  tension
Around  age of 30 our body slows down or stops producing  collagen so the skin loses elasticity.Facial exercises, massage  promote  oxygen and blood flow, Increases collagen production which prevent  wrinklesWe strengthen the muscles by streching, exercising.This process is called  natural face liftingNo need botox and toxic fillers !

Ollie is a certified Yoga instructor & Massage therapist. She is passionate to share her knowledge and spread awareness of proper skin care self love, holisitic living, healthy diet, yoga practice and facial exercises.

Participants should bring their own favorite moisturizer or yummy face cream, Olliewill  provide sunscreen for those who forget to bring with themself

Everyone has the potential to heal themselves. Your body already contains the Medicine. Once we understand on intellectual  level the connection between the physical result of an emotional  issue

what  happened/ happening to us, to our  body in the present  moment ... the deep healing can start on Soul then physical  level. You nourish  your body  you nourish  your soul and vice  versa ♡♡♡

 

Yoga means union.

Holistic ~ meaning is  WHOLE

 

The entire being; body•mind• spirit•emotions 

You can learn  various technics for your wellbeing such as working  with energy  points, meridian s with yin practice, yoga asanas , massage, reflexology and more.

Energy points are anatomical locations in your body  where  life force energy flows. We are learning  to stimulate  these  spots through  pressure & gentle massage.  This energy work will give  benefits to the area  of their location and improves connecting  inner organs( not mentioning  the corresponding  emotions to the organs)

Neuroscience  indicates that  certain  areas of the body  are potentially  storage vessel of emotions , traumas, stress, illnes etc..

Easy, for example when you are under stress the muscle, fascia responds  by tightening, drying out. You can experience  pain at 

Common areas are  like the  hips, lowerback, upper back , head , pelvis etc..

 

Self love does not always mean that go get a massage , mani pedi , chocolate, hot bath etc Altough it can be sweet to treat yourself like that but better belive there is a deep connection  between your mind and body, nervous  system and the food you take in 

 

Instead of smoking,drinking, over eating or not eating as distractions ,there are technics to calm down your nervous  system, to boost energy , strength  the immune system, let go of stored  trauma that  might your fascia , muscles , hips, back or face hold

 

There is always opportunities  to understand yourself, listen your body , what certain parts want to share with you.

Facial therapies

•  𝑨𝒏𝒕𝒊 𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆   𝒕𝒐𝒐𝒍𝒔

KANSA WAND ~ A kansa wand is a dome-shaped face massaging tool that is designed to stimulate blood circulation. The real magic comes from the metal it is made of—kansa, which is a combination of copper and tin. Kansa (or bell metal) is revered in Ayurvedic texts as it promotes lymphatic drainage and removes built up toxins.

GUA SHA ~ Gua sha is a traditional Chinese healing method in which a trained professional uses a smooth-edged tool to stroke your skin while they press on it. This motion raises small, red, rash-like dots that show under your skin called petechiae. People use gua sha to treat chronic pain all over their body

FACE CUPPING ~ Facial cupping is meant to increase blood circulation and stimulate the facial cells that are responsible for collagen production. In turn, this can brighten your skin, minimize the appearance of scars, fine lines and wrinkles, and tone your chin, jawline, and neck by decreasing puffiness

Facial Reflexology aims to relax and help remove stress by assisting the body to heal and rebalance itself. During facial reflexology gentle pressure is applied to the different reflex zones and reflexology points on the face. These points directly relate to areas and inner organs  of the body
